OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Th primary purpose of this position is to identify, assess and mitigate or reduce property, casualty, financial and other risks to the company.  This role is responsible for the procurement of Certificate of Insurance and licenses of insurance across the company for vendors and establishments the company utilizes.  Review and identify potential insurance issues and make recommendations.     SKILLS REQUIRED Strong Organization, Time Management, Excellent Communication, Strong Excel and Word, One-on-one personal interaction and have a positive attitude. Files all necessary documents reports, communications, etc. Maintains database on all required insurance documents, insurance policies, agreements. Review potential acquisitions to identify significant risk management and insurance issues and make recommendations Interact with our vendors and establishments throughout the organization to coordinate insurance related risk mitigation techniques to these functional areas if and when appropriate Accept and review COI requests across the organization before forwarding to insurance agent. Ad hoc projects working with the Corporate Accounting Department Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with the following attributes: Valid Florida Driver's license with a good driving record. The Field Staff position is a part-time role that is perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule and enjoy making a positive impact on our clients. We have both high and low seasons, so there will be several weeks with no hours and then several weeks with 40 plus hours. We schedule 6 months to 24 hours in advance and shifts can vary from 5 to as many as 16 hours a day. Our South Florida destination covers East Coast -West Palm to the Keys and West Coast – Naples and Marco Island. You will be provided with a company shirt and name badge required to be used on most programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate is eager to work with a positive attitude, people-oriented approach, and great organizational skills.
