Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Professional experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. 2 years of experience in IT asset lifecycle management and processes Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel required Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills required Prior experience with software licensing terms preferred Prior experience with vendor and contract negotiation and management preferred

Routinely exercises independent judgement and decision-making in order to effectively father the needed data on and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost, and risk of IT asset lifecycles. Presents findings to LBRT IT leadership including proposing changes to policies and presses. Coordinates and processes purchases, renewals. and cancellations of software licensing, IT hardware and warranties, and mobile devices and plans. Monthly reconciliation of on-off and recurring IT purchases. Monitors software license usage, acts to ensure compliance, and provides audit support. Monitors, reports, and provides feedback to management on asset statuses and lifecycle. Updates, maintains, and audits software and hardware asset tracking platforms. Coordinates and documents end-of-life disposal of IT equipment and software.
