Summary of Position:
As a part of the Last Mile Logistics team, this position’s primary focus is overseeing the Logistics Specialists across all last mile trucking teams while also supporting the Logistics Planners to execute on their plans. This includes continuous monitoring and adherence of real time truck metrics, KPI’s and performance against a pre-defined trucking plan while helping the team navigate through imbalances in frac sand inventory, box counts on location and truck counts required to support all working jobs and their demand. This role will also help support the continuous hands-on training of Specialists and aid in driving efficiencies and process improvements in the scheduling, ordering and fulfillment of frac sand demand while using available systems data and metrics. Finally, this position will help support the Logistics Planner with tracking live job changes, trucking PO data management, job design entry in TMS software and post job Metrics reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3–5 years of logistics experience required
Strong understanding of last-mile operations, including onsite equipment and logistics
Supervisory or lead experience in scheduling, coordination, or dispatch preferred
Frac or oilfield experience is an asset
Experience working with clients, operations, and third-party carriers
Proven ability to meet and maintain KPIs and performance metrics
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage large-scale operations and identify risks or issues early

Primary Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of trucking KPIs, metrics, and performance expectations within fracturing operations.
Knowledge of logistics plans, inventory levels, and truck targets, with the ability to adjust and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor real-time dashboards to identify deviations and guide teams on corrective actions to prevent downtime.
Oversee carrier performance, ensuring accountability for box counts and inventory; serve as the primary point of contact for onsite personnel and carrier operations.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and cross-training to team members, including onboarding new hires.
Support shift coverage as needed to maintain operational continuity.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within last-mile logistics and ordering workflows.
Collaborate closely with Proppant and Logistics Planners to execute daily plans, allocations, and changes.
Maintain regular communication with internal teams, carriers, dispatch, and terminal contacts.
Understand trucking rates and cost structures, applying them effectively across operations.
Track job start and completion to support execution, including final sand and mobilization.
Assist with building and managing jobs in TMS systems based on planning inputs.
Support KPI tracking and post-job reporting, including performance metrics and NPT analysis.
