Summary of Position:

Liberty Energy is seeking a Recruiting Specialist - LAET to support hiring for our Liberty Advanced Equipment Technologies (LAET) division in El Reno, Oklahoma. In this role you will be closely partnered with leaders across Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Operations, and Engineering. This role is ideal for a technically-minded team member who is interested in playing a key role in building the team responsible for designing and manufacturing Liberty’s next-generation equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with LAET leaders to define role requirements and build targeted hiring strategies aligned with immediate plant needs and long-term growth.
  • Support hiring efforts for LAET manufacturing for technical roles, including engineering, production assembly, fabrication, and coatings.
  • Build a strong understanding of how these functions interact to support manufacturing and equipment delivery.
  • Help identify and attract talent aligned with Liberty’s innovation and operational goals.
  • Partner directly with leaders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to understand workforce needs and priorities.
  • Use your operational background to evaluate candidate capabilities, translate technical requirements into clear candidate profiles, and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
  • Provide insight into local talent markets and workforce trends in the El Reno, Oklahoma area.
  • Help scale the team supporting Liberty’s in-house manufacturing and equipment innovation; contribute to building talent pipelines for long-term growth.
  • Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a strong and professional experience from first contact through offer.
  • Communicate clearly with both candidates and internal stakeholders; support interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer processes.

Working Conditions/Environment:
  • This role is based on-site at our LAET manufacturing facility in El Reno, Ok with occasional travel to Magnolia, TX.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment including laptops and smartphones, as well as applicant tracking systems.
  • Occasional travel and extended hours may be required based on hiring needs.
