The Opportunity:
Join Kott Software as we scale our premier US-based HR Tech platform, EMPTrust HR. As an Software Implementation & Support Specialist, you arent just "closing tickets"you are a strategic partner to Fortune 500 companies, helping them modernize their workforce through our cloud-based SaaS solutions. You will act as the vital link between our US-based clients, onsite team and our India-based development teams.
Your Core Mission
You will drive customer success by ensuring seamless software deployment and providing high-level technical advocacy. Your goal is to transform complex client requirements into functional SaaS configurations while maintaining world-class support standards. You will have to have a good grip of the application modules to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Lead the technical setup of SaaS modules, configuring cloud environments to align with specific US client workflows and business rules.
Strategic Client Liaison: Attend pre-sales demos and discovery sessions to translate client "pain points" into actionable technical requirements for the dev team.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of expert support, diagnosing complex issues and coordinating with QA and Development teams for rapid resolution.
Quality Advocacy: Review deliverables and software enhancements to ensure they meet the rigorous scope and quality standards expected by Enterprise clients.
Project Management: Maintain meticulous logs of support lifecycle and implementation milestones using modern ticket-tracking and project management tools.
Work Shifts: Will need to work/be available in the US time zone based on client need to ensure smooth implementation and software support.
Who You Are
You have a BTech (CS/IT), MCA, or MSc and at least 2+ years of experience in software implementation or technical support for global products.
The Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written English skills, with a proven ability to hold your own in discussions with US-based stakeholders.
The Problem Solver: You have a foundational understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies. You dont just report bugs; you seek to understand the "why" behind them.
The Adaptable Professional: You are comfortable working in a US-time-zone-aligned schedule to ensure real-time collaboration with our client and onsite teams.
Bonus Points: Prior experience supporting HR Tech/HCM/Talent Management systems or working within a recognized global IT product or consulting firm.
