What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric physical therapy in the home setting to babies less than 6 months old and children transitioning into or out of foster care.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Focus on functional outcomes that help children thrive at home, school, and in the community

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Colorado
• Experience or interest in treating young babies or with children in foster care (preferred)
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, flexible, and proactive mindset
