 All licensed clinicians must perform job duties in accordance with our standards and those set forth by the National Licensing Boards, State of Colorado, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).



Qualifications

All Spark candidates should be able to pass a background screening, reference check and provide proof of licensure and vaccinations, including COVID-19. In addition, all candidates must have a:

  • Valid Colorado license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver’s license
  • Master’s or higher education in Physical Therapy

Home health and pediatric experience preferred and being bilingual a plus but is not required.


Compensation
Annual Salary: $70,000-$150,000
