Responsibilities

  • Provide foot and vehicle patrols of premises to prevent unauthorized activity
  • Control egress and ingress to sites through Access control procedures
  • Observe and report unsafe conditions or infractions of property rules 
  • Report any facility issues such as lights being out and property damage
  • Provide detailed activity logs and incident reports on digital devices
  • Assisting in internal investigations with client personnel
  • Respond and report various emergencies to client and to emergency personnel
  • Assisting with procedures for Medical, Fire and other site emergencies
  • Maintain Lost and Found inventory and procedures


Qualifications

  • Pass a comprehensive background check
  • Complete a drug testing program that includes both pre-employment and random tests
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet all SLED security licensing requirements
  • Poses a valid South Carolina Driver’s License and meet company and insurance standards
  • Comfortable with technology and report writing skills
  • Strong attention to job safety
  • Excellent communication skills
