INTERN PROGRAM DESIGN ASSOCIATE

OPTIMAL CANDIDATE

As an intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of every Hello! department, assisting in planning, execution, marketing, and site inspections for corporate events. We are looking for an individual passionate about the event industry and ready to learn more about what leads to a successful event. The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or a current student looking for an opportunity with hands-on experience in the destination management industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The intern will be focused on reviewing and adding to the support systems used by the Program Design, Operations, Creative, and Sales teams. They will have direct communication with suppliers to update saved backup collateral and pricing. The intern will monitor and edit photography and service libraries. They will take on other assigned projects and tasks to support the teams.

WORK HOURS:

This is a part-time, hourly position.

EXPERIENCE: 3-6 months in hospitality industry

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of event industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
  • Enthusiasm to learn more
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong organization and time management skills

 

COMPENSATION:

This is an hourly position. The company provides laptop and mileage reimbursement.
